Items without Images

To prevent products without images from appearing on your website, any items missing images are automatically flagged as ‘Pending’ during the sync. The system re-checks these pending items during every subsequent sync; as soon as the missing images become available, the product is automatically published to your webstore.

There are a few reasons why an item might be missing its images—most commonly, a supplier has started creating the product listing but hasn’t finished uploading the media yet.
