Hiding Items from Display

If you want more control over exactly what appears on your website, you can easily hide products by setting their status to Draft.

This may be because the product info is incomplete (e.g. missing prices) or there are already too many similar products from selected suppliers.

For a single item, you can do this quickly via Quick Edit on the main Products screen in your WordPress admin.

If you want to change multiple products at the same time:

• Tick the boxes next to the products you want to hide.

• Select Bulk Edit from the Bulk actions dropdown at the top left, then click Apply.

• In both Single and Bulk cases, then locate the Status dropdown, change it to Draft, and click Update.

⚠️ Important: Please do not delete items from your catalogue. If you delete them, the system will simply reinstall them during the next product sync. To keep them off your site permanently, always use the Draft status instead
