How are Images handled?

When using the Promodata Product Sync Plugin, product images aren’t stored in your WordPress Media Library. Instead, they’re served directly to your website visitors from our image servers. This ensures your images are always up to date with what suppliers provide, while keeping load times fast and minimising your data storage costs.

While you might still see these images listed in your Media Library, you won’t be able to interact with them in the same way as images you’ve uploaded directly to your site.
