API Suppliers

The Supplier Portal gives API-integrated suppliers a clear window into their product information within the system. While you can’t edit your data here (we’ll leave that to your internal systems), you can see your products exactly as distributors do.

Use the Portal to audit your data and identify the additions or adjustments needed to make your listings truly stand out.

This is a great way to check that your product information in Promodata contains all of the details you have available.

Non API (CSV based) Suppliers

No More Spreadsheets = Easy Updates!
For suppliers used to managing data via spreadsheets, the Portal offers a much more user-friendly interface with instant visual feedback. Whether you’re making an immediate single adjustment or handling bulk changes, it’s designed to make managing your range feel intuitive and effortless.

Once you save your edits, they are live in Promodata instantly. From there, they’ll be ready for individual distributors to “pull” in their next system update cycle. (this may be nightly, weekly etc…)
